Both men, the top and the bottom, are left wondering if it was the their fault that the sexual encounter didn't progress as they anticipated and hoped. Both have feelings of emptiness and inadequacy. Their feelings of disappointment are compounded by the emotion of being "cheated" out of sexual pleasure by the early release of the one doing the fucking (penetration).
This causes a buildup of resentment against one another which sometimes leads to a breaking-off of any further contact between two, whether sexual, platonic or both. The truth is, the causes of premature ejaculation are many and varied. There is no sense in pointing fingers and assigning blame at any one man because it can very well be a combination of circumstances that makes this predicament real.
In the Randy Blue movie, Dominic Santos and Jeff Powers go for round 2 together and they both achieve climax and sexual satisfaction. Perhaps this is one instance where reality can learn a powerful lesson from a film. Give it a second chance before shutting the door on a potential friendship and/or lover.
